accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms

- academic departments or laboratories;
- research institutes;
- investors;
- public institutions.
The Organizations have freely decided to insert their Information in the directory.
The Organizations are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account.
Furthermore, they are entirely responsible for any and all activities that are listed under their account.
The Organizations agree to notify Biopolo Scrl immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.
Biopolo Scrl will not be liable for any loss that the Organizations may incur as a result of someone else using their password or account, either with or without their knowledge.
However, the Organizations could be held liable for losses incurred by Biopolo Scrl or another party due to someone else using their account or password.
The Organizations listed in this database are solely responsible for their Information, and Biopolo Scrl act as a passive conduit for their online distribution and publication.
The Information provided by the Organizations shall not:
1. be false, inaccurate or misleading;
2. be fraudulent;
3. infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
4. violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising);

(1) use, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce the information/materials submitted
(2) sublicense these rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Biopolo Scrl will not pay the Organizations for the information submitted.
Biopolo Scrl may change and/or terminate this Agreement, or terminate or suspend the access to the Italian Biotechnology Directory at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon such termination or suspension, the Organization's right to use the Italian Biotechnology Directory will immediately cease.
Upon such termination or suspension, any information stored on the Italian Biotechnology Directory by the Organization may not be retrieved later.
